I had a heating problem with my truck one morning 🌄 on my way to get my son to the airport. Got him there then had to find a place early that morning that was open to look at my truck seen firestone was open drove up told them what was going on with no appointment they said they would work me in and my truck got fixed . I am very happy for firestone they are friendly and courteous willing to help anyone.

Was disappointed in the time frame… had appointment for oil change and tire rotation… admittedly I was 15 minutes early- but at 3 hours of waiting they told us they didn’t even have the oil that they needed for our Hyundai Santa Fe?? We are currently still sitting here waiting for the oil to arrive so they can complete the service. Not coming back… nothing was communicated either… we had to ask at the 3 hour mark what was taking so long.

The person who checked me in and who i paid has a terrible attitude. I had some questions. He obviously hates his life or job. I thought about walking out but already had the appointment. I never give bad reviews. But this one was worth the time. If you want the business to thrive changes need made.

Made an appoint for my truck for an alignment. I told them I was having a noise in the left front end. I had a wreck a couple of months ago and knew it needed an alignment. They stated they look at everything when doing an alignment. Got the bill and they charged an additional charge for looking at it, with the cost of the alignment. They should have told me that up front with the quote. As you know Firestone always looks at everything on there own when you have any service at a location. They do this "Free" of charge to see if they can find anything to do service on..The practice is sketchy at least. I told the service rep this is one of the reasons I hardly ever do any service at Firestone. I took it there for the alignment thinking if they saw anything with there inspection they could fix it. I guess live and learn about ones business practices. Followup: It has been 3 months later and they have done 4 alignments on my truck, and it is still not aligned correctly. I have had 2 other alignment companies check it. The vehicle pulls to the right when driving, you have to have the steering wheel turned to the left slightly to keep the truck going straight. I brought my Yukon in to have the tires rotated and balanced. The vehicle was worse off when I left then when I got there. I always have to argue with the staff to get a balance. I took the car to another shop locally here in monett to have the balance double checked and every tire is out of balance.
